2. Completion of introduction and operation of computer

3. Completion of intermediate level of English language

• Getting started with Amadeus sign
• Amadeus Information Pages: information pages and help function
• Amadeus AIR: flight availability, schedule and timetable display
• Amadeus PNR: creation, modification split, copy and history of PNR
• Amadeus Itinerary displaying and printing Itinerary
• Amadeus Queues: how to use the Amadeus Queue package
• Amadeus Frequent Flyers Profiles: introduction to frequent flyers' profiles
• Amadeus Fares and Pricing: how to use the fare quote system and pricing
• Amadeus Ticketing: Transitional Stored Ticket (TST)

Course Objectives

The Amadeus Selling Platform provides fast, intuitive access to all content distributed via the Amadeus Central System, making it easier for reservation agents to sell air product. Sales agents can choose between easy-to-use graphical views and traditional command pages, the freedom to focus on selling while reducing training requirements. The training will focus on PNR creation, pricing and tickets issuance and will be delivered via cryptic entries on the command page.
